Lead Without Followers, the much anticipated book by Dave Ursillo, is being released on September 26, 2011. I took a few minutes to have a conversation with Dave last week to discuss the book, and the entire Lead Without Followers Movement.
I had a chance to meet Dave in person at the World Domination Summit in June of this year and he’s every bit as cool, calm and collected in the flesh. We even jumped out of an airplane together, which was pretty cool indeed.
If you have ever wondered if you were meant to be a leader but weren’t sure who you would lead, this book is for you. Take a few minutes to watch the video and see for yourself. There is a weird audio/video sync issue on part of Dave’s video, but the wisdom comes through crystal clear, so just listen to the words and absorb the message he is sharing. I’m grateful that people like Dave are out there pushing the envelope on this topic. We see desperate calls for leadership all around us and people standing up and expressing themselves in ways that haven’t been seen in a generation.
Real leadership comes from within, and each and every one of us has the potential to lead if we choose to. Thanks to Dave, many more people around the world are going to have that message reinforced when they read this book.

This is great. I was so impressed with this. Everything Dave said made so much sense. I like the idea of goodness coming from within..it is not about attention being brought on oneself and fanfare. The younger generation embracing the concept of exerting leadership everyday is limitless…they can do so much. It is not about status..leadership comes from within. Awesome. I became motivated and driven just by simply watching this. I am excited and look forward to getting a copy of this book. Thanks Brandon.
